Indigo Ridge - Winslow Covington believes in life, liberty and the letter of the law. As Quincy, Montana’s new chief of police, she’s determined to prove herself to the community and show them she didn’t earn her position because her grandfather is the mayor.
According to her pops, all she has to do is earn favor with the Edens. But winning over the town’s founding family might have been easier if not for her one-night stand with their oldest son. In her defense, it was her first night in town and she didn’t realize that the rugged and charming man who wooed her into bed was Quincy royalty.
Sleeping with Griffin Eden was a huge mistake, one she’s trying to forget. He’s insufferable, arrogant and keeps reminding everyone that she’s an outsider. Winslow does her best to avoid Griffin, but when a woman is found dead on Eden property, the two of them have no choice but to cross paths.
As clues to the murderer lead to one of Quincy’s own, Griffin realizes Winslow is more than he gave her credit for. Beautiful and intelligent, she proves hard to resist. For him. And the killer.

ARC for honest review with no compensation Received from Valentine PR Indigo Ridge is book 1 in the Edens series by Devney Perry and a great start to this new series! Winslow is newly arrived in Quincy, Montana and the newly minted police chief who hooks up with a man…they both think they are tourists so will never see each other again…wrong…the man turns out to be Griffin Eden, part of the founding family of Quincy…this could be a problem…until a dead body turns up. Suspense, murder, sparks a plenty, steamy, emotional scars, danger and so much more…can’t wait for the next book in this series!

It’s been several months since I’ve been able to find a book I truly enjoy. The story line was well written and I found myself lost in the book. Will definitely keep this author on the top of my list!

I have no words. I went into this book blind. I’m a huge Devney Perry fan, so when I say this book is her best yet, I mean it. Angst. Suspense. Drama. Love. It has it all. I was in tears and I was laughing. The suspense in the book is off the hook. I was literally on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading. Griffin was incredibly grumpy but was also a big softy. I love the Eden family. Be prepared for a big dash of heartbreak and big scoop or redemption!!!

I’m liking Denver Perry’s books more and more. Great read, read it in one day

This book brought me back to Devneys very first book The Coppersmith Farmhouse. I always go deep into her books and love every minute of them, but this one brought back the feels from my very first read…and still my favorite. Winn and Griff’s story is so perfect. She has worked so hard to get the chief of police position, (the mention of Cole and Poppy bring you back to the Maysen Jar series, which is a nice flashback, and I love the connections to her other books!) Griff knows he doesn’t have time for Winn, but he can’t stay away. I am a sucker for 2 characters who have that kind of magnetism between each other. It makes it impossible to put the book down. Add in a splash of mystery, and I’m done for…no sleep until the last page! This book is an absolute page turner, once again Devney does it, and I can’t not wait for another book in this series!

This has to be some of Devney Perry's best writing yet! Winslow is the epitome of strength, class, and empathy. Griffin is a man any woman would love to have. These two create such an unwavering bond that creates a beautifully love story with suspense that hits this town. This book has some twist along the way that made me stay up way past my bed time! You won't want to miss this book!

They say you can’t judge a book by its cover, but I’m telling you that if a cover has Devney Perry’s name on it then I know it’ll be a five star read. Her newest series, The Edens, starts off beautifully with Indigo Ridge and proves, yet again, that five stars are well deserved. Sparks fly when the newly appointed police Chief, Winslow Covington, meets the handsome rancher, Griffin Eden. They can’t keep away from the passion that neither expected to find when they each stopped for a drink at Willie’s Bar. As their story unfolds, we’re drawn into an intriguing mystery that is perfectly woven into the town’s history. This is what a great suspenseful romance should be. I was on the edge of my seat by the mystery and swept off my feet by the love story. I look forward to reading the future books in this series for all the Edens that were introduced.

And, just like that, another Devney Perry series to fall in love with... I should have known. This author doesn't write a thing that I haven't absolutely adored, and she just keeps outdoing herself. I can honestly say that I did not want INDIGO RIDGE to end; I could have kept reading about Griffin and Winslow until forever. Their chemistry is immediately off the charts, and this story is amazing, a perfect blend of family, heat, and suspense, with twists and turns that had me glued to the page, and Devney's love for Montana is echoed in every description of this place that she's created. Like every other couple that Devney has written, these two are in my heart, and I absolutely adore them, as well as all of their family. The bright spot about finishing is knowing that there are plenty more Edens that will *hopefully* be getting their own books, which can't happen soon enough. And, as I've said before, thank goodness for Devney's epilogues, because they are life. Seriously, don't skip it, because it's just the perfect wrap-up. If there is one book that I would say tops my most recent romance reads, INDIGO RIDGE is the one, so make sure that you see what it's all about. You'll be hooked, I promise. ❤️

All. The. Stars. Indigo Ridge is the first book in the brand new series, The Eden’s, by Devney Perry. I have two words for you-HOLY WOW! I can already tell after reading just one book that this series is going to be the absolute best. Indigo Ridge is full of mystery, romance, and family. I have no idea how Ms. Perry continually keeps her writing fresh and exciting, but she does time and time again with every book she writes. Griffin and Winn were two amazing characters that captured my heart from the very first page. The pull between the two was palpable and I never wanted their story to end. Winn has been through so much and was so excited to start over and was so not looking for love. Griffin has been content with ranch life and his casual hookups and wasn’t expecting Winn or the way she made him feel. Neither were expecting the fireworks to explode every time they were near each other. I loved this book so freakin’ much. I honestly couldn’t put it down. I am so excited to see where Ms. Perry takes this series!

This is a contemporary romance, full of suspense, and great characters. Winslow Covington, Winn, is new in the town of Quincy and will be starting her job of Chief of Police the next day. Looking for an outlet for her nerves, she heads to a local bar. There she meets a man with startling good looks that oozes sex. His name is Griffin, they only exchange first names and end up spending a very hot and heavy night in his car. Welcome to Quincy! Winn is the mayors granddaughter, and expects some cold shoulders about nepotism. But the first person she meets, one of her own officers obviously hates her on sight. As one of her first duties she meets the mayor and the founding family of the town. The Eden’s. They pretty much own the town, and she is totally startled to meet their son Griffin. So much for an anonymous one night stand. Griffin runs the huge Eden Ranch, and is well known in town. They both decide to put their one night stand aside and remain professional. Within the first week, Winn is sent to a crime scene in one of the ranch’s fields, right below a towering cliff called Indigo Ridge. There is a beautiful young girl’s shattered body. Apparent suicide, but this is third incident. Winn’s not willing to believe this is an accident, and plans on investigating this and the other two. The story continues with more suspense, a growing love between two people that don’t want it, and more and more questions. I can’t wait for the next book in this series!

There hasn’t been a book in quite a long time that’s captured my attention from the first chapter like this one did. I was hooked from the beginning! The story of Winslow and Griffin’s romance was a slow burning, strangers, then enemies to lovers entanglement. It was fun. Winn is the new chief of police in town and Griffin is the eldest son of Quincy, Montana’s first family. He’s also running the family ranch. Their chemistry is off the charts. It’s something that neither of them can deny, no matter how much they want to. When a suspicious death occurs on the ranch, everyone is quick to say it’s another suicide. Except for the new police chief. She’s opening up old cases and looking at with new eyes. That’s not necessarily a welcome thing in her new small town. I loved this story and the mix of romance and mystery that Devney Perry brings together is perfect. She keeps you guessing all the way through. I am so excited for this new Quincy, Montana series!

Wow, Devney's first foray into Indigo Ridge has me all kinds of excited for this new series! I absolutely love her small town romances and Indigo Ridge is right up there with the best of them. I loved the chemistry between Winslow and Griffin, and the suspense element that she wove through the story kept me glued to the pages. Griffin Eden is the man every woman wants. A rancher who looks downright delicious in a pair of jeans and cowboy boots. He doesn't get involved with the local women, so when he meets a gorgeous blonde at Willie's one night, he gives in to the heat of passion. Too bad he has no clue that gorgeous blonde is the town's new chief of police. Winslow is the type of girl I could totally be BFF's with. She's take no nonsense, has not time for useless information, and is 100% dedicated to her new job. But dang, Griffin Eden is taking up way too much space in her head ever since their one night together. And with the discovery of another girl's body at the base of Indigo Ridge, she has her hands full with trying to solve that along with win the respect of police force she just took over AND basically the whole town who don't easily let a newcomer in. Strap in for the ride as Devney delivers a story full of heat and passion, mystery and suspense, good ole hometown gossip, and a cast of characters I quickly fell in love with. Winn and Griff together just worked. I don't know how Devney does it but she seamlessly wove a story that unfolded at just the right pace, with both Winn and Griff's relationship, and the mystery surrounding the slew of supposed suicides that have plagued the small town of Quincy. I got lost in the description of the amazing scenery on the ridge, I rode along with Griff as he worked the ranch, I fell hard for Uncle Briggs and Pops. I wanted to claw a certain nosy reporter's eyes out... This story, like all of Devney's, really resonated with me. Her writing style just clicks with me, and I truly get lost in the pages, and before I know it, I'm turning the last page and wishing there was more! This first story in the Indigo Ridge series is a definite hit for me, I can't wait to get the next book in the series!!

Indigo Ridge is the first book in The Edens series and if the first book is anything to go by I’m going to love this series. Winn has come to Quincy Montana to become chief of police, she has a lot to overcome, not being from Quincy and being the granddaughter of the mayor it’s going to be hard to be accepted even though she was offered the job fair and square. After celebrating with her grandfather she decides to end the night having a drink in a local bar. Griffin Eden a member of the founding family and the one who took over the family ranch. A one night stand turns into so much more. Winn has a hard start, her men are hard to accept her, a suicide of a local girl and the cowboy who can’t stay away. Griffin can’t stay away from Winn but can’t admit it’s only sex, he has a lot on his plate, the ranch and his family, those are his only focus. I love this book and really can’t wait to see what’s going to happen to the rest of the Eden’s

Not many can do small town romance like Devney, add in a little mystery and I am hooked! In this story we get to meet Griffin, the eldest Eden child and Winnie the new town resident/police chief. I loved the strong female lead, she wasn’t afraid to dish attitude when necessary. And honestly who doesn’t love the fall of a slightly closed off hero? I loved Winn and Griffin’s story and can’t wait for the next book in this new series!

Devney Perry has created another incredible small town, with characters that you have no choice but to fall in love with. Her settings are like no other. I love that the Eden family is such a huge part of Quincy, Montana. They are exactly the kind of big family that I love to read about. Griffin is the oldest and has taken over the ranch. He definitely has that all work, little play mind set. I loved that he and Winslow met at a bar, both thinking the other was a tourist. Neither wanting to get involved with a local, yet that is exactly what happens. Winslow Covington isn’t exactly new to town, since her grandfather is mayor of Quincy, and she’s been visiting since she was younger. Taking over as chief of police brings a lot of challenges for her. She is young, she’s a woman, and her pops is her boss. She definitely has people that will make it hard for her. But, she has intuition about people and the cases she works on. I loved how she never gave up to find the truth. The suspense was an added layer of interest that kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved the connection and chemistry. Stern Griffin and Winnie. This was an amazing story, and I can’t wait for more of the Edens.

Winn is a strong, independent woman who has no trouble taking care of herself and moves to Quincy to take a new job. Her first night in town ends with her wrapped up with Griffin, a not local, local. But this one night stand isn’t as tangled free as they both thought it would be. Their non-relationship soon becomes more than either of them wanted. When the death of a young woman leads to more questions than answers, Winn must choose between listening to her gut or the Griffin when he says foul play wasn’t what caused her death. A breathing new series from Devney Perry, Indigo Ridge is the first book in The Edens and has everything a reader wants. From heart stopping suspense and mystery to steamy romance the story grabs you in the first chapter and never lets you g

Devney Perry is pure magic! Her books always make you feel at home. Covie, the town mayor, has hired his granddaughter, Winslow, as the Chief of Police. She is the outsider. Her mystery one night stand turns out to be the oldest Eden son, Griffin. Picture hot cowboy rancher. Get ready for a mystery that will keep you guessing! I loved this book! 5 amazing stars
